LEADERSHIP
A man that will increase in favor will first have an increase in wisdom. We must first increase our capacity to solve problems. Wisdom is multifaceted
Leadership is a call to build and building takes time. Leadership is a responsibility to work for the prosperity of others. Leadership is about raising, making and building men into that which they were originally pre-designed/assigned to be. Leadership is a call to sacrifice. Anytime you reject responsibility, you add value to someone else.
Real growth requires continuous sacrifice. We measure growth in obedience and instruction. If you will grow and keep growing you will require:
1. A leader. For your growth to be measurable, consistent and durable, you need someone to be accountable to. This is someone you run to not someone that runs after you, you need their help after all. You can not enjoy anything in the kingdom without first understanding authority.
2. Transparency in accountability. No needed truth or detail is left out in your accountability. Be open to the person you are submitted to.
A leader is much more concerned about the future.
3. Honor for those assigned to build you is important. Honor is listening and obeying.
4. Partner with your leader in the building project. Remember, you are the project.
5. Let your builder feel loved and cherished. One of the ways is by being available. You also avail your money and all your resources.
The pastor you don't respect don't expect anything from Him.
Under no condition should you dishonor a leader.
God is building your life through a man. When God assigns a father to you nothing is too big to give them. Your giving reveals your heart/worth for them. 1 cor. 9: 7-11 Phil. 1: 17-19
No building is greater than the one who builds it. The building reflects the builder. Christ is the master builder of all but He has assigned men to build you for ministry.
