For Leaders And Pastors:

As much as you need hard working people around you, you also need smart, intelligent, and creative people in your life and ministry, these are the ones who can bring those pictures in your Spirit and your mind to life.

But if you only have hard working people who are not smart, intelligent or creative, you will soon be frustrated and tired.

Imagine how it would have been if Moses had no Bazalel in his company.

Moses could go to sleep(take his rest) because of Bazalel, who never disappointed him.

You should desire and ask God to give you people like Bazalel also if you won't age or die before your time.

You also need this folks if you will not fail in your God given assignment on earth.

As an Aside, let the hardworking people work with or under the Bazalels that you trust.

Never make the mistake of giving leadership to someone who is intelligent but unfaithful over those who are hardworking and faithful; that is not a Bazalel, but a rebel in the waiting.
