When Icarus flew too close to the sun he got burnt.

But, Jesus is the Sun of righteousness, the Daystar. He is the One that gave the sun and other luminaries light.

No matter how close a man gets with Jesus in relationship and fellowship that man will not be burnt.

On the day of Pentecost (see Acts 2), Jesus in the person of the Holy Spirit descended and sat in a body of fire upon each of the 120 disciples(men and women) in the upper room.

Get this, the fire sat and was burning upon their heads and they weren't alarmed or burnt to death.

It brings to our remembrance Moses' encounter with the Burning Bush, the bush was on fire but was not being consumed.

This speaks of the new man when he receives the Baptism of Holy Ghost power for effective witnessing for Jesus Christ.

The Holy Ghost filled Christian is a fiery one, the Father has a signature, a fragrance on him, it is the effect of the fire burning within and on the believer in Christ.

Let us get closer in fellowship with the Word that created the Sun.
